ABOUT E³UDRES²
E³UDRES² RESEARCH AREAS
E³UDRES² has established three research topics, each specializing in a different topic. These research topics are based on cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral collaboration towards relevant challenges.
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
The goal of this research topic is to contribute to a transformation of our currently linear (take-make-consume-throw away) economy into a circular one (take-make-consume-remake). The Circular Economy Network has established a number of fields of common interest, which all intend to contribute create circular economic processes to reduce waste to a minimum, save raw materials, and reduce the pressure on the environment:
-
Water reuse

Material recovery
-
Waste Management
-
Energy reduction
-
Food supply
The Circular Economy research network in E³UDRES² has established the Change cornEr - a co-creation "space" aiming to raise awareness for the topic of Circular Economy in the E³UDRES² regions.
